How many roomates can I have? There are 2 queen beds in each hotel room. There will be 4 girls per room. Are there any discounts offered? Because we are staying at a hotel and having plated meals we are offering this conference as inexpensively as possible. We are lower priced than EFY and other camps. Can girls from families nearby the Hilton hotel attend the activities during the day but stay at home for the nights? Girls check-in on Monday and check-out on Friday. So many fun events will be happening in the evening and a large part of the memories will come from spending the night. We will encourage lights out at 11:00 because the girls will be so busy during the day. Some parents may wonder if they can save money by not having their daughter(s) spend the nights at the hotel. In reality, that cost is a very tiny amount of the tuition cost as the majority of the Conference’s overhead costs come from renting the Ballrooms and Breakout Room, and from paying for food, counselors, etc.
